The commitment in the fight against rare diseases has consolidated a fruitful collaboration with Genopole – the first French biopark dedicated to genetic, genomic and post-genomic research and biotechnology – which resulted in the approval by the European Community of an internationalization project, Gen.era, which will see the District with Genopole and three other European clusters as protagonists in an effort to expand the potential of companies operating in the genomics value chain, which is rapidly developing in Campania, collectively supporting access to new third markets.
